Service Guidelines
DATA-IN offers various customization services that include: imprinting,
pre-loading, added security features, custom packaging and logo creation. All
drives are custom made to your specifications. Our sales representatives will
work with you to ensure that your logo imprints are produced using the highest
quality and industry standards. The quality in which your logo is provided to
us is the way it is going to appear when printed. Please follow our guidelines
for submitting your logo to ensure that it will be printed according to your
specifications and industry standards. We have graphic designers available for
a small fee if you require help improving the quality of your logo.
Once your drives have been printed, no further
modifications or additions can be made to the logo, therefore, please make sure
that you examine and proofread all the documents you submit to us. No returns
or refunds are offered on customized merchandise.
All of our products carry a one year limited warranty and
will be replaced if broken. Lead time for most products is a minimum of 7-10
business days. Rush services are available (see details below).

Consider some customers urgent requirement. We provide Rush Service
for some selected products. Please contact your sales representative
personally. We will keep you the program status update.
Please inquire with your sales representative about exact order
shipping dates and lead times. Although we will gladly customize any aspect of
your order, the more customized your order is the more likely it will extend
lead times and delivery. While we do not wish to discourage further
customization, the following are examples of factors which take considerable
time and may not be available for rush orders:
- If an order includes Pre-load and Auto-run content,
- Particularly complicated logos, such as those with several colors and/or
gradients, take longer to setup and longer to print.
- The logo data or the value added data which you would like to install in the
USB drive is not complete
- Creating custom colors or design sharp are not feasible for rush orders as
well
- Large Quantity order since it will take certain time to produce

Logo Guidelines
Please follow these
guidelines as careful as possible. If you have any problems or are unsure you
can meet the following guidelines, please contact aHKmemory.com Sales
Representative for assistance.
1. highly recommend providing logos that are compatible with
CorelDraw 12.
2. Files should be saved as .CRD, vector format, using a high
resolution quality saved at a minimum 300 DPI.
3. Please embed all fonts. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible
for substituted or lost fonts.
4. Please contact us if your logo contains gradients or fades.
5. Logos with the same color in different opacities are printed as
another color and may be assessed extra fees (i.e., a logo
with dark blue and light blue is considered a two-color
imprint)
6. If your organization does not have a vector logo available, one
can be created for you. Please inquire with your sales
representative about graphic design services.
